エンジニアとして基盤刷新をリードし、公開APIを技術選定から海外チームと進めてきました。技術的なバックグラウンドがあるので、ロードマップの優先順位を根拠を持って決め、エンジニアと同じ言葉で議論できます。
I led a platform re-architecture and shipped a public API from tech selection onward. With an engineering background behind me, roadmap priorities rest on evidence, not guesses, and I can argue them in the language engineers use.
Turning data into business numbers
VoC の自動収集、生成AIによる顧客要望の自動分類など、社内ツールを改善し、散らばった声を構造化して意思決定に使える形にしてきました。
From automated VoC collection to GenAI classification of customer requests, I have improved internal tools and structured scattered signals into something a decision can rest on.
Grounded in fact, moving forward on agreement
事実と解釈を持って、誰に・どの順番で・どう伝えるかまで気を配り、必要な関係者と合意をとりながらプロジェクトを前に進めます。
With the facts and my reading of them in hand, I pay attention to who hears it, in what order and in what words, and move the project forward by securing agreement from the people who need to be on board.

To become someone who drives SaaS growth through the product itself. Where things and information meet, as in IoT, there is still plenty I want to build with my own hands. Nothing here is fixed; this entry is rewritten as I go.

Maintained and replaced a 15-year-old email marketing system. Won the Yahoo Award at the in-house hackathon.

Designed and built a file system for storing large volumes of IoT data at low cost. Published in an IPSJ journal (CDS) and at IEEE PerCom Workshops (PerIoT'20).
